1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing hbahe.net, registering an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any feature of the hbahe platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with hbahe's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and hbahe (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the hbahe platform and close your account.

hbahe reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on hbahe.net. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on hbahe, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. hbahe does not permit access to players under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing hbahe from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited. It is your responsibility to verify local law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where hbahe is specifically restricted from offering services.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your hbahe account. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, affiliate, or close family member of an hbahe employee or business partner.
• You must not already hold another active or previously closed hbahe account. One account per person, per household, and per device is strictly enforced.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

hbahe reserves the right to request documentary proof of the information you provide at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on hbahe. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses obtained across duplicate accounts will be voided. hbahe uses technical and identity-based checks to detect duplicate registrations.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your hbahe account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, ensuring that your device is secured against unauthorised access, and logging out of your account on shared or public devices. hbahe will not be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where that access arose from your failure to protect your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hbahe support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. hbahe will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.

Account Verification (KYC): hbahe conducts identity verification in accordance with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You will be asked to complete verification before your first withdrawal is processed, and hbahe may request re-verification at any point thereafter. Accepted documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driving licence (where applicable), together with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. hbahe may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. You will receive advance notice via your registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hbahe supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers and card payments. There is no maximum deposit limit, though hbahe may apply enhanced due diligence reviews to large transactions.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 across all payment methods. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your hbahe account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile money withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 24 hours on standard working days; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days; card withdrawal timelines depend on your card issuer and may take up to 5 business days.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) the full deposit amount must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal of deposit funds is permitted in cases where a bonus has been claimed alongside the deposit; (c) withdrawal requests may be held pending review if unusual account activity is detected; (d) hbahe reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal amounts above ৳50,000.

Fees: hbahe does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. hbahe is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Currency: All transactions on hbahe are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by your payment provider at the time of the transaction. hbahe is not responsible for currency conversion rates or related costs.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hbahe offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL cricket season, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and contributing game types are stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements by the stated expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one active bonus may be held at any time per account. Players may not combine multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on hbahe contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%), and certain games may be excluded from wagering contributions entirely. • Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is ৳500 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, winnings generated from a bonus offer are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of 5x the bonus amount.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will be removed from your account at expiry without compensation.

hbahe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, particularly where abuse or exploitation of a promotion is detected. In cases of bonus abuse, hbahe reserves the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on hbahe is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published on the relevant game or sports betting pages:

• Bet Acceptance: hbahe reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected rule violation, technical error, or irregular betting patterns.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or sports market. These limits may vary by game type, live casino table, or sports event and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if: the relevant sporting event is cancelled or postponed without rescheduling within a reasonable period; a clear pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed; or the bet was placed on a market that was suspended at the time of acceptance due to a technical error.
• Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other sports events. In-play odds are dynamic and update in real time. hbahe cannot be held responsible for connection issues that affect a player's ability to place or cancel a live bet.
• Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedures in the case of live casino tables. hbahe does not influence game outcomes. Disputes regarding game results must be raised with hbahe support within 72 hours of the game session in question.
• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session or live sports bet, hbahe reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. hbahe is not liable for any loss of profit arising from a technical interruption.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbahe platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with hbahe games, place bets, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not the property of the player and will be recovered by hbahe.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, sports betting, or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from criminal activity on the hbahe platform.
• Abusing the bonus system, including through the coordinated use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, whether in exchange for payment or otherwise (i.e., acting as an agent).
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward hbahe support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to hbahe's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

Age Restriction: hbahe strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement. Players who are identified as being under 18 years of age at any point will have their account closed immediately. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on hbahe.net — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of hbahe or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use hbahe.net for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of hbahe.net; use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data-gathering tools; create derivative works based on hbahe content; or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from hbahe materials.

10 Liability & Disclaimers

hbahe provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbahe makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Platform Availability: hbahe aims to maintain continuous platform availability but cannot guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, delays, or errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may affect access. hbahe will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

Limitation of Liability: hbahe's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hbahe account during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hbahe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Force Majeure: hbahe shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond hbahe's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, network failures, DDoS attacks, or any other event outside hbahe's direct control.

Third-Party Services: hbahe uses third-party payment processors, game providers, and technology vendors to deliver its services. hbahe is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or service failures of these third parties beyond what is reasonably within hbahe's control. Any dispute with a payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) regarding a transaction must be addressed directly with that provider.

Gambling Risk Disclaimer: Gambling involves financial risk. 11 Amendments & Termination

Amendments: hbahe reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email to your registered address and via an in-platform notification at login. The revised terms take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of hbahe after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.

Closure by Player: You may close your hbahe account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon receiving a valid account closure request, hbahe will: (a) process any pending withdrawals of your verified balance to your registered payment method; (b) cancel any active bonus on the account; (c) deactivate your login credentials. Account closure does not affect hbahe's right to retain records as required for audit, legal, or regulatory purposes.

Closure by hbahe: hbahe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period following the dormancy notice process.
• A request or direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed by hbahe due to a Terms & Conditions breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately confirmed, the balance will be returned to the verified payment method.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hbahe is incorporated as an offshore entity. hbahe makes no representation that its services comply with the laws of Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction, and players access the platform at their own legal risk.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your hbahe account, game outcome, payment, or any other aspect of the platform, you must first raise it with hbahe customer support in writing via email to [email protected]. hbahe will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and will provide a full written response within 5 business days.

No Class Actions: You agree that any dispute with hbahe will be handled on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against hbahe.

Time Limitation: Any claim against hbahe must be brought within six (6) months of the date on which the claimant became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the circumstances giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will not be entertained.

Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
